Welcome to Oaklight Consulting, a boutique project management and building consultancy based in Sydney, Australia.

We specialise in the remediation and upgrade of residential strata buildings and have completed over 100 assignments since founding Oaklight in 2014. We work on small and large buildings, like the Castle in Mosman, an iconic sandstone mansion containing six units overlooking Taronga Zoo, or, Regis Towers in Sydney’s CBD, one of NSW’s largest strata schemes with over 650 units.

Drawing on 25 years of experience in construction, Simon specialises in identifying and resolving defects in existing buildings, preventing defects in new buildings and directing projects. As the Managing Director of Oaklight Consulting, Simon is regarded for his construction expertise, problem-solving and authentic leadership.

Simon holds a Masters in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales, is a Chartered Building Professional with the Australian Institute of Building, is registered on the National Building Professionals Register (NBPR) and holds a NSW building licence.
