Oaklight worked with the Owners Corporation to assist with a long-running insurance claim. We identified several areas of the building that required investigation to understand the full extent and causes of failure, which mostly related to water leaks. Once the technical requirements were identified, we engaged with several specialists to develop plans and specifications to address the issues. Through a competitive tender process, we assisted the Owners Corporation in engaging a contractor and oversaw the 2-year project as the Superintendent.
