Oaklight was engaged to prepare a detailed capital works and remediation plan on one of NSW’s largest strata schemes. The property comprises 653 lots made up of residential, commercial and retail lots over three x 30+ storey towers above ten levels of car parking.

In addition to developing the capital works and remediation plan, we managed the delivery of several critical projects.
